If you have placed an order for our Haldex Repair Service, please make sure you print a copy of your order confirmation email, and include it with your Haldex Controller.

Processing Time:-

We aim to process & repair all Haldex units the same day they are received. They are then shipped back the same day too by Royal Mail Special Delivery (1pm). Upon dispatch by us, you will receive a VAT invoice and a Royal Mail Tracking code by email.

On average, you should receive your Haldex unit back within 48 – 72 hours of you sending it to us. We are very busy during the winter months, and sometimes it might take an extra day or two so please bear with us!
